The Raptors and Subway Canada are celebrating the fan Subcultures that make the North strong. In this episode, we meet The Changemakers. The fans who use the game of basketball to change lives. Shaquille Smith is one of those fans. To him, basketball is more than just a game. It's a driver of change. Shaq runs The Futures Program in Halifax and is radically transforming the face of his community. This Changemaker personally raised $300k to build an outdoor court in Halifax.
