Sparring in Thailand is about control and practicing techniques with your partner. The aim is to defend, counter attack, and outsmart your partner by feints and cutting angles. We go fast but not hard on each other. Because seriously, what is the point to hurt someone or get hurt in training? Leave your ego at the door, and leave the hurting business in the fight ring! ;)
