Guillermo illegally crosses the border from Mexico to America in search of a better life and a stable future for him, his wife and the family they plan to start. Days later, when his wife is reported missing and the bodies of three Mexican women are found at the border, a desperate Guillermo goes hunting for answers and revenge. After forming an unlikely relationship with a local District Attorney's special investigator, Guillermo kidnaps the man he believes to be responsible for the probable death of his wife. Now Guillermo is locked in a race against time as both he and the District Attorney's office search for the man known as "Grandfather death".
