Jezebel is a seasoned TV Reporter and Journalist, whose work focuses on the next juicy story that will generate the highest ratings for the TV Station. She is on assignment to track down a man named Elias in the rugged backlands of northeastern Brazil. Elias, apparently performs miracles, helping not only to cure the ailments of the local people but also to offset the severe drought in the region. Bent on getting the next sensational news, Jezebel is determined to unmask Elias unmasking his secret and proving him a charlatan. Can Elias help Jezebel to open her eyes and find her truth?
