The Mountain [Russian]

Andy has suffered his whole life from being motherless. When he receives another shock due to the passing of his father, he finds solace in a job with one of his mother's acquaintances, a doctor who specialized in lobotomies. Andy soon bonds with the asylum patients who are candidates for the procedure.
