Katame No Kata

The second of my 1981 Kata clips. Here is a 21 year old me performing a Katame No Kata with my former training partner Simon Mazullo at the BJC National Kata Championships. As with my Nage No Kata, this Katame No Kata is slightly adapted and performed with more speed and intensity than a normal Katame No Kata to make it more interesting and dynamic for people to watch.
