This is how I make my easy, quick, tender Chuck Pot Roast with baby yellow potatoes, baby red potatoes, carrots and the best homemade beef brown gravy. This delicious dinner is made quickly in the pressure cooker. In this video I use my conventional pressure cooker ,but it can also be made in the Instant Pot electric pressure cooker.
