In this video I explain how i work freestyle MMA padwork with Bellator and PFL signed fighter Tim Wilde. Tim is currently riding a 6 fight winning streak and has just been ranked in the Bellator Top 10 at lightweight. I like to move a lot when holding pads to make the fighter have to find their range and make it more realistic to what they'll encounter on fight night.
