Lets put this dish together.. INGREDIENTS 2lb. Beef tri tip steak, cut into bite size pieces 2tbs Olive oil, add more as needed 1 lb. Cremini mushrooms, wiped clean with dump paper towel then sliced 1lb. White Mushrooms, wiped clean with a dump paper towel and sliced 1/2lb. Shiitake mushrooms ,wiped clean with a dump paper towel and sliced thin( correct amount ) 1 Medium brown onion, peeled and sliced 4 Scallions, separated white and greens 1 Tbs Balsamic vinegar 1Tbs Worcestershire sauce 4 Fresh sprigs thyme 2 Fresh sprigs rosemary Salt and pepper to taste Parsley to finish and garnish
