Advanced Muay Thai Padwork: Hitting Thai Pads with World Champion Trainer Yod

In my recent trip to Singapore I was able to hit pads with the world famous Yod at Evolve MMA. Yod was featured on the UFC and is known as GSP's Muay Thai trainer from Thailand. One of the reasons why foreigners love Yod so much is because he is a bigger Thai and is a very skilled pad holder. After hitting pads with Yod I can definitely see why he is such a famous pad holder. His pad holding style is very fluid and he allows you to work on a lot of different tools throughout the pad round. Even though I don't have the best cardio in this video, he was able to push me hard enough without completely draining me.
