Technical Sparring with Muay Thai World Champion Penake (Fighter of the Year)

Penake is a multiple Lumpinee champion and was awarded the Fighter of the Year in 2012. Prior to this sparring session I had just finished the pad rounds so I was pretty gassed out already. Fortunately for me, whenever you spar with high-level Thai fighters they are always controlled and never throw hard shots. This was a very fun experience sparring with someone of that caliber.
