After causing a series of troubles in his hometown, Botong (Andrew E.) leaves for Manila to look for his long-lost mother. But he ends up in a mental asylum where he meets the beautiful Kristy (Michelle Aldana) whom he saves from one totally cracked up patient. To show her gratitude, she asks him to become her househelp, but Kristy’s boyfriend becomes jealous and beats and boots Botong out. Depressed, he tries to commit suicide, but a voice from space stops him and gives him extra powers which he uses to combat evil, including Ivan (George Estregan Jr.), Kristy’s beau, who himself gets extra powers.
